It was nice spending the weekend in Aberdeen.

We finally visited the Maritime Museum!
If you live in Aberdeen and haven't been, it's certainly worth a visit.

When we left the Maritime Museum, this is what we saw in the sky!
At first, we thought we were seeing the Northern Lights, and we were pumped.
However, after researching and talking with some friends, we discovered that we actually saw nacreous clouds.

Seeing these clouds was a pretty incredible experience!
Cross your fingers that we still get to see the Northern Lights while we are here in Scotland.
I remember that day! I went out in the rain and saw nothing. Haha! I do remember a pretty sky though while standing in the rain. I definitely did not see what those pics are showing though. Looks pretty!
