After tasting delicious macarons from Laduree in Paris and some salted caramel macarons that Nary and Jill made, I was excited when Nary offered to teach a few friends and me how to make macarons!
Measuring out ingredients

Nary piping the pistachio mix into the macaron mold
The macaron mold makes the piping so much easier. I definitely recommend getting one of these if you plan on making macarons.
