Some friends and I got together to make Asian steamed buns.
Bun dough rising
We used a box mix, but you can find a recipe here.
Chopped veggies for the buns
Pork for the buns
Rolling the dough into balls to be filled
Pure dough buns
Steaming the buns (about 15 minutes over boiling water)
Delicious!
